6″ x 6″ Ice/Heat Pack – We use a patented, eco-friendly, non-toxic Soft Ice® formula, which transfers heat out of the targeted body area more effectively than alternative methods. Soft Ice® will come out of the freezer just as soft and flexible as it goes in.

As a cold pack: Store in the freezer.
As a hot pack: Boil 1 gallon of water and remove from heat. Place pack in water for 5 minutes. DO NOT BOIL!
MICROWAVE: Place flat in microwave. Heat on lowest setting for 30 seconds. Mix content and repeat if necessary.
CAUTION: TO AVOID BURNS OR FROSTBITE, ALWAYS USE THE INCLUDED COVER NEXT TO THE SKIN.
